What is RockyourBlooms? 

We are a group of small and medium-size farms which deliver the best quality and freshest roses,
fillers and greens directy to florists in the United States

Where do your flowers come from?

They come from our group of farms, which are known
for the product
quality. Our farms which hold several prestigious labels, from Fair Trade Certified to FlorEcuador
and others.

How do I order your flowers?

You need to register in our page. Then start adding all the flowers you
like to your shopping cart and go through the steps until you complete your
purchase. As soon as you complete your order and pay, you will receive a confirmation via email. If
for some reason, the flowers you selected are not available, we will notify you
immediately.

How fast do I get my flowers?

Your order will be deliver one week after confirmed.We deliver our products through UPS.

 What about shipping fees?

Our shipping fees are already included in the price
of your flowers.

What if I need a special order that is not listed in the website catalog?

For special events, our should you need mixed
boxes, please
contact us through our Contact form

What kind of payment is accepted?

For your convenience, we accept all major Credit
Cards.

What if I have an event in a different address than my payment address?

If you have an engagement in a location other than
your payment address, no problem, just include your delivery address in the
check-out section and RockyourBlooms will send you flowers anywhere in the US.

What if they come in damaged? 

If the product does not come in the condition you expect, we will kindly
ask you to send five pictures of the product in question ASAP, as there might
be time to solve the situation. Please refer to Refund Policies.
